Expiration Date: Thursday, March 15, 2018

As a reminder, you must apply for renewal every 3 years and submit a renewal application no less than 30 days prior to the expiration of your current certification period. In order to renew your Certification, you must have completed at least 20 hours of continuing education. The renewal timeline for THWs who have been issued certification for both "THW" and "THW: Birth Doula" on different dates will be synced to the certification period that expires first.
